NELSON JONES REAL ESTATE is responsible for the processing of the personal data provided, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The personal data collected will be used for the purpose of enabling the Broker to carry out the activities covered by the Contract. The Client hereby authorizes the Broker to report, for statistical and market analysis purposes, to the Vallarta Nayarit Real Estate Exchange (MLS): (i) date of deed signing, (ii) transaction value recorded in the public deed, and (iii) dimensions, type, and location of the property, etc.
